Middle grades (6-8) Science Teacher wanted. Seeking motivated, enthusiastic, team player to support and collaborate in a team teaching environment within the subjects of science. Ideal opportunity for teachers to gain hands-on experience in a team environment. Duties will include support of differentiation in the classroom; one-on-one work with students; participation and supervision of interactive lessons; support of, and a passion for, outdoor education; set-up, support, grading; and clerical support. Candidates should be comfortable with earth, life, and physical sciences. Four-year college degree required; teaching credential and/or Master’s preferred. Preference given to strong academic backgrounds and experience in the sciences. Benefits include health and dental; retirement: TIAA-Cref available after one year.

Duties will include support of differentiation in the classroom; one-on-one work with students; participation and supervision of lessons; playground and lunch supervision; grading; and clerical support of mentor teacher. College degree preferred. Benefits include health and dental; retirement: TIAA-Cref available after one year.

Ideal opportunity for teacher candidates to gain hands-on experience under the mentoring of an experienced team of teachers. Duties will include support of differentiation in the classroom; one-on-one work with students; participation and supervision of interactive lessons; set-up, support, and clean-up of laboratory exercises; playground and lunch supervision; grading; and clerical support of mentor teacher. Candidates should be comfortable with math through algebra and geometry and have a solid knowledge of earth, life, and physical science as well as laboratory skills and procedures. College degree preferred with preference given to strong academic backgrounds in the math and sciences. Benefits include health and dental; retirement: TIAA-Cref available after one year.
